WHEREAS the Board of Education is required to provide these services for disabled students as set forth in I.D.E.A., the Laws of the State of New York, and the Regulations of the Commission of Education, and
WHEREAS the Board has determined that these services can best be provided by St. Joseph's Hospital,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter in a contract with the above-named provider in a new total contract amount not to exceed $5,550,207.00 |
