Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners
Term: 365 calendar days
Amount: Increase PO amount by: $29,750.00
Scope: Includes, but not limited to, the design and modifying existing construction plan and specifications for the removal and replacement of existing stone retaining wall vestibule at the exterior exit from the School 16 gym, modifications to existing ancillary building elements affected by the vestibule construction, and waterproofing of all foundation walls exposed during construction. Test for asbestos and PCB content.

Resolution
WHEREAS by Resolution 15.15 dated February 26, 2020, the Board of Education authorized the award of a requirements based, professional Architectural/Engineering services contract to Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners in response to District RFP404 “Architectural & Engineering Services for the School Facilities Management Department” for an amount not to exceed $1 million, and

WHEREAS architectural/engineering services as specified under the above contract are required for design and modification of existing construction plan and specifications for the above stated additional work, and

WHEREAS the response by Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners is to be deemed most advantageous to the District at a cost of $29,750.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Purchase Order 2023-2380 ($9,300.00) with Fuller and D’Angelo, P.C. Architects & Planners by $29,750.00, increasing the Purchase Order amount to $39,050.00 and the term for an additional 365 calendar days.
