Resolution
|
WHEREAS on September 19, 2017 the Yonkers Public Schools renewed an Edulog Software Annual Licensing and Maintenance Agreement with Education Logistics, Inc. for the 2017-2018 School year at a cost of 21,783.00.
WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools recommends the current software system be upgraded to the Edulog SQL Conversion along with six months of Edulog SQL hosting, in addition the provision of 4 days onsite training. Training is scheduled 2/21,22 and 4/4,5 2018.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to pay the cost of the Edulog SQL Conversion along with six months of Edulog SQL hosting, in addition the provision of 4 days onsite training at a cost not to exceed 11,000.00 |
