To the Board of Education Yonkers, NY Re: Award on Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair and Maintenance for School Year 2018-2019 Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS, bids for Kitchen Equipment Repairs were solicited and opened on June 22,2018 in compliance with General Municipal Law and as a result of an examination of the bids submitted, the administration recommends the award to the lowest responsible bidders. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repairs in YPS for School Year 2018-2019 be awarded as follows: Total Contracting Consulting Inc. 1467 Longfellow Avenue Bronx, NY 10460 $88,000.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named firms. |
