Resolution

WHEREAS the District requires Environmental Consultancy Services for 2025 AHERA re-inspection report and periodic surveillance districtwide, and
WHEREAS responses for RFP-511 AHERA were received from two firms and after evaluation by a selection committee, LiRo Engineers Inc. was deemed most qualified to perform this service.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to assign LiRo Engineers Inc. to the task of performing the 2025 AHERA re-inspection report and periodic surveillance districtwide at a cost not to exceed $126,000.00 for a period of 365 calendar days. |
