WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the YCSD and YFT have engaged in negotiations; and
WHEREAS, the negotiations between the Board of Education of the YCSD and YFT have resulted in the attached Agreement; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the Agreement, the Board of Education of the YCSD wishes to state its approval by ratifying the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of YCSD hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and YFT. |
