NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves payment for an independent neuropsychological evaluation, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and/or contracts necessary to procure said evaluation, in furtherance of resolution of litigation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents necessary to implement this resolution. |
