Rationale:
This amendment is to increase contract 2019-00000321 by $1,188.50 (not to exceed $19,813.50), BOE Res 19.2 approved 9.20.18, BOCS approve 10.4.18 for $18,625.

Resolution
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Clio Publishing to purchase Global History texts to support the shift in state assessments for the 2018-2019 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Clio Publishing a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Clio Publishing to provide these services, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend contract 2019-00000321 by increasing the aggregate $1,188.50, BOE Res 19.2 approved 9.20.18, BOCS approved 10.4.18 for $18,625. The contract has a balance of $1,453.30. The total amount of the amended contract is not to exceed $19,813.50.

It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education ("BOE") and the City of Yonkers (the "City") as filed int he Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City's Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel's Office.
