WHEREAS the following Teacher(s) and Teaching Assistant(s) are presently completing a probationary period in the Yonkers Public Schools as indicated, and
WHEREAS the services to date of these Teacher(s) and Teaching Assistant(s) have been deemed satisfactory during the probationary period, and
WHEREAS the Superintendent of Schools recommends that these Teacher(s) and Teaching Assistant(s) be granted tenure in accordance with the provisions of the New York State Education Law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following Teacher(s) and Teaching Assistant(s) shall be granted tenure upon the completion of their probationary period as set forth: |
