This is to award a general construction contract as referenced above. IBF-6272 was publically advertised, received and opened on April 27, 2018. Five bids were received and reviewed. Bids ranged from $95,350 to $174,200. This work is fully aidable.
This work is to complete the abatement of heating pipes located in crawl spaces under the School 21 Library. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: in compliance with NYS General Municipal Law 103 bids were duly solicited, opened in public and read aloud on April 27, 2018 for IFB6272 “ AHERA Asbestos Management Plan Remediation at School 21” and
WHEREAS: 3 Bids were received with Executive Testing Labs, Inc., being the lowest responsive and responsible bid of $95,350.00, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools is authorized to enter into a contract for Bid No.6272 “AHERA Asbestos Management Plan Remediation at School 21” with Exclusive Testing Labs, Inc., 7-11 S. Broadway, Suite LL2, White Plains NY 10601 for the term of 365 days |
