Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: Family Service Society of Yonkers wishes to continue a contractual agreement with the Food Services Department of Yonkers Public Schools to provide after school snacks at Hostos School, the administration recommends extension of the contract. |

AND IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named firm. |
