RESOLUTION ABSTRACT:
To continue licensing and maintenance for Inventory Control program, Nutrient Analysis program, Student Meal Eligibility program and Cafeteria POS for School Year 2018-2019

FOCUS POPULATION: Employees, students and teachers for the Yonkers City School District.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
The contractor will provide maintenance, updates and technical support for Food Service modules as specified in Invoice #26619.

CONTRACTOR: Heartland School Solutions, NutriKids; an approved NYSED program for the management of Inventory, Nutrient Analysis, Eligibility and POS.

RATIONALE:
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT: $15,274.50

Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS, the Yonkers City School District Food Services Department maintains software in accordance with NYSED requirements for the management of Inventory, Student Eligibility, Nutrient Analysis of student menus and Point of Service (POS) monitors in school cafeterias.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That licensing and software module updates continue for SY2018-2019 at the cost outlined in Invoice #26619 from the following contractor:

One Heartland Way
Jeffersonville, IN 47130-5870
AMOUNT: $15,274.50

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to continue receiving licensing and software support from the above named firm.
