This is to authorize the award and execution of the subject contract. Procurement via GML104b N.Y.S. Contract PT63104, Award #20191, Group 77201, expiration date August 26, 2020. The district is taking advantage of the NYSOGS contract with SimplexGrinnell LP by re-engaging them for the 2019-20 year. They have worked on for the District in the past having been awarded and completing several contracts both by competitive bidding and through NYSOGS. TERM OF CONTRACT – 365 Calendar Days - July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020 |

Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS: the district is required to maintain operational fire alarms and ancillary equipment, and WHEREAS: such service is available for procurement from Simplex Grinnell, under New York State Office of General Services Contract No. PT63104, Group 77201, Award No. 20191 for the 2019-20 school year, and WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law the administration recommends such procurement be made under said contract. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the “Fire Alarm Inspection, Service and Maintenance” be made to Simplex Grinnell, Inc., 4 Commerce Drive South suite 3, Harriman, New York 10926 under NYSOGS Contract PT63104, Award #20191, Group 77201, expiration date August 26, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $196,305.00. |
