WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend the contract # 2025-00000277 from Resolution 12.2 BOE Meeting of 8/21/24 (original amount of $6,775.00) BOCS approved on 8/27/24 with Westchester County Center to the amount of $10,206.50; an increase of $3,431.50 to cover additional services to support the Opening of Schools Convening for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the contract from Resolution 12.2 with Westchester County Center to pay for these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Westchester County Center at a cost not to exceed $10,206.50. The contract will be increasing by $3,431.50 |
