NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about October 23, 2023, , as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a Notice of Intent to file an Impartial Hearing request received on or about September 19, 2023; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution. |
