Resolution
|
WHEREAS the District needs to clean and maintain subsurface sanitary and storm sewer systems districtwide, and
WHEREAS the City of Yonkers has a standing duly authorized and procured Contract No. 2025-00000627 IFB-7363 “Televising and Cleaning of Sewer and Drain Appurtenances” on an as-needed basis for the performance of this work under bid unit prices, and
WHEREAS general funds in the amount of $20,000.00 is to be provided by the District to amend this contract to include District work, and
WHEREAS the contract amount will be increased from $419,500.00 to $439,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to utilize Fred A. Cook Jr., Inc., COY Contract No. 2025-00000627 IFB-7363 “Televising and Cleaning of Sewer and Drain Appurtenances” for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00, amending said contract from $419,500.00 to $439,500.00 for 365 calendar days. |
