WHEREAS the Board of Eduction wishes to amend Resolution 13.15 Out of District Placement of Disabled Students Approved 6/19/18
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Martin de Porres Academy for Career Development Elementary, Middle School & High School, and also the addition of new account strings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to enter into the necessary contracts for the 2018-2019 school year to provided a special program of services for disabled children
